A model was divised that estimates the primary impact of an immunization programme with intradermal BCG, applied to an age-group, during a certain period of time following vaccination. Some examples of its application show the possibility of estimating previously the least effectiveness of the vaccine which is able to maintain the relationship cost-benefit greater than 1.
