Abstract

The author elaborates a reflexion about the most prevalent understanding between the health area authors about the expression "PUBLIC HEALTH." He tries to show that. a) While worker citizens of health "see", "cath sigh of" or public health questions in a different way. b) Because of those different perceptions we assume different interests, different positions and we point different solutions. c) The solution tipes, interests and positions keep between themselves a proper logic that gives them intern coherence, and d) At he same time, define an abrangence level to solve it, as to determinate the possiblilities of resolution levels to the problems related to it.
